Coaching is how we discover what your life should look like and dig into what is holding you back.
Coaching creates a dedicated space for you to really be heard. It enables me, as your coach, to guide you to identify and define your dreams. To create a plan for success across any area or stage of life.
Unlike therapy which focuses on resolving past issues, coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go.
As your coach I do not give you answers. They are already within you ready to be implemented. After all, no one knows better than you what you need and how you can achieve it.
My role as your coach is to listen to you. To provide you with a space where you can discover your true goals and implement actions to achieve them.
I am here to support you, encourage you and most of all challenge your current beliefs about yourself.
I want you to channel your energies into achieving your dreams. To remove any mental or emotional barriers that may be preventing you from succeeding.
We all have the answers to our own questions and challenges within us. We just need help sometimes in learning how to use our own resources to help ourselves.
As a coach my role is to help you learn how to unlock your potential and reach your goals.

As your coach my role is not to give you answers but to help you uncover them for yourself and implement the changes you need to make.
Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximise your personal and professional potential. As your coach I will partner with you on the journey toward identifying, clarifying and achieving your goals.
Before we begin we need to ensure that your expectations align to what coaching can offer. Coaching is 100% confidential and relies on trust and openess to make those changes happen.
The first step is to set up a free 30 minutes chat to talk through where you are and where you want to get to.
Each session is an hour long and will follow a framework designed to help you create and work through actions to get you to your goal.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a goal yet, part of the initial session will be designed to help you define what that should be!
Counselling and psychotherapy focus on uncovering and resolving causes of emotional or mental barriers from past events.
They’re aim is to help clients deal with difficult and painful issues to improve their overall psychological function.
Coaching on the other hand focuses on supporting clients with their future goals and dreams. As your coach I will work with you to really delve into what you want and what is holding you back right now.
In other words, coaching sets a framework in place to help you work towards an aim without focusing in detail on what has happened in the past.
Coaching can be applied to any area of your life whether personal, career or wellness orientated.
Think of coaching as a way to unblock yourself when you are feeling stuck with a situation or emotion.
When you need support in moving forwards.
For example, if you have been made redundant and are unsure what to do next. Or if you feel you would like more out of life but are unsure where to start. Or if you would like a future promotion.
Coaching is about figuring out where you want to go and getting you there with your own resources.
Each scenario is different. Some people have short-term goals and others have long-term dreams they wish to achieve.
Typically sessions last an hour and the advised package is 6 sessions over 4-6 months for life and career coaching. Wellness coaching will be determined by your health goals.
Before we start we have an initial consultation to review your goals and what coaching can offer.
As each session will have actions for you to work through, you will need time to reflect on the outcomes and learning between each session.
We can discuss your goals and timescales in our initial consultation.
I offer online coaching sessions via Zoom, an online video platform similar to Skype.
This enables me to work with clients nationwide whilst allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own homes. All you will need is a device with a camera.
For coaching to work you will need to join the video call from a quiet area in your home where you can talk freely.
Our initial consultation can take place either via Zoom video call or telephone.
Life and Career coaching sessions are offered as packages of 4 or 7 hourly appointments, with the initial session being 90 mins. Wellness coaching packages will be determined by your health goals.
All coaching packages come with a free initial consultation to see how we will work together and if coaching is a good fit for your goals. Packages can be tailored to suit your needs.
