How wellness coaching works

Wellness Coaching is a more inclusive package than coaching alone. It is designed to help you rebalance your mental, emotional and physical health.

Modern lifestyles can cause high levels of stress and anxiety, leading to exhausted mental states which can impact other areas.

By reviewing each area of your life we build a view of where changes need to be made. We then look at integrating coaching techniques with lifestyle management to create actionable steps forward.

​

In a similar way to life coaching we work to identify your stress points and behaviours. This helps you understand how your current decisions in one area of life impact others. For example, we may identify stress management as a key area of focus which may be impacting your sleep and your food choices, which in turn affect your energy levels.

​

Working online on a 1-on-1 basis we explore the potential barriers to your goals. Such as, your support network, previous attempts at making changes, your self-beliefs and current habits. Being aware of these in advance helps you prepare for when those situations arise. Making you more likely to succeed.

​

Once your goals are clear we will co-create manageable actions to support you in implementing your new positive habits for improved wellbeing. Each client has different requirements, so sessions are fully tailored to support your needs.
